The crash course for Dads-to-be from the Swiss Fathers Network at Triemli City Hospital Zurich offers an exchange of ideas and answers about the adventure of becoming a father – developed by fathers for fathers. You will receive inputs on your role as a father, the relationship between dad and baby, balancing work and family life as well as energy management.

Course contents

Part 1: newdad@home (18.30 – 20.15)
Pregnancy, childbirth and the first days and months at home with your baby  – from a father’s perspective

Part 2: newdad@work (20.15 – 22.00)
Balancing work and family life and personal energy management – from a father’s perspective

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days before the course takes place. If canceled later, the course must be paid for. If you cancel at short notice due to health or family emergencies, you can attend a later father crash course free of charge.
